We had just moved into our new house but the deck and railings was something we needed to complete our home – to make it go “wow” to us. We had called a few deck companies but most were unresponsive, unprofessional and didn’t have the materials we were looking for. When we reached out to Deck Pros they had a large selection of styles and materials we could choose from. There was no discrepancy of what you were gonna get (their website is really helpful) and Crystal made sure what we wanted was what our vision was of the project. Their crew was on time, professional, stayed late to finish things, addressed some problems we had (rot) and offered to fix them. We also got a canopy done which was really well done. If you want professionalism, accountability, quick responses and endless help from their crew – you need these guys. I deal with lots of properties and see a lot of houses, these guys are top notch! Anyone can do a deck and railings but if you want it completely done right and have a wonderful crew to deal with its Deck Pros. Thanks guys we love our deck!
