Dale and Crystal make a great team! Their’s was a very fast response to my request for an inspection and estimate. My procrastination over selecting a railing was cheerfully met with a suggestion that they could alter their standard offering to give me the thinner profile top rail I wanted, and they dropped of samples of the smoked glass without my even asking. Dale found very little insulation in the wall /joists when he was checking the cantilevered joists and was willing to pickup and install new insulation for me while it was all opened up.
Dale and Rolf were a pleasure to have on site, hard workers and always friendly even in the pouring rain! Crystal helped make the decision process much easier and was always helpful and cheerful to deal with. I love my new deck and railings! Thanks Deckpro!
