I hired Deckpro to refurbish our 34 year old wooden deck (deck coating over plywood deck surface, wooden railings) which was visibly rotting out in some areas. Much of the lumber underneath the deck appeared to be in good shape still.
We wanted to renew any lumber underneath where required and end up with a new vinyl deck surface and aluminum railings. We wanted a good long expected service life from our renewed deck.
Dale came by and inspected the existing deck which lead to a detailed estimate.
It was discussed up front that it was possible that more issues with the existing lumber would be found once things were torn apart.
Crystal did a great job of communicating regarding the scope, estimate, scheduling and invoicing.
Upon approving the estimate the work was scheduled out about 2 months. Actual work started within a day of the scheduled start date.
Some additional areas of rot became visible once things were torn apart. It lead to a small reasonable increase in scope and price.

Deckpro staff worked some very long hours to take advantage of a two day dry window in a rainy November.
