Our strata was dealing with a complicated and frustrating deck repair. We contacted three different companies to obtain quotes; we chose DeckPros despite not having the lowest price because of what we saw in online reviews and the professionalism in the estimate and quote.
Throughout the job Crystal, Dale, Keenan, and team did a great job keeping us apprised of new “surprises”, checking-in on any new potential scopes of work needed to fix the deck. We ended up having other trades come in to do some unrelated remedial work and the DeckPros team was highly accommodating.
