Two front decks had their vinyl waterproofing membrane replaced and Railing Style #22 installed. The back deck was finished with a floating composite deck in Trex Foggy Wharf and had Railing Style #22 installed on the deck and on the concrete surrounding the stairwell. Railing Style #18 with a minimal flat top was installed on the stairs off the deck with a matching gate. The stairs leading to the concrete patio from the back deck were enclosed and completed with matching Trex Foggy Wharf treads.
